Hi I’m Eilidh, pronounced like Hayley without the H!
I’m 35 and live in Bedfordshire with my fiance and three kids 12, 9 and 5. Youngest had just started school but now I have all 3 at home, so this year is not going to plan!
I’m a green blogger / influncer (hate that term) I also have a book coming out with Bloomsbury in the Autumn, which is all very exciting. I will release more details on it when I can but it’s on a green theme.
On our journey to being more green I ended up putting myself on a fast-fashion ban for a year in 2019 after realising I had a problem with buying too many low-quality items, trying to keep up.
I was initially going to try a month as I was a real fast fashion addict and didn’t think I would be able to do any longer. I’ve learned so much about sustainable fashion, shopping second hand and how to pick long-lasting, high-quality materials to help build a more sustainable wardrobe. I’m in the process of learning myself how to still feel fashionable without jumping onto the newest trend.
I’ve always loved fashion and am the person friends and family will ask for advice on an outfit. It seems there is a gap in the market so my aim is to help other women navigate the confusing world of creating a more sustainable wardrobe that is based on their own individual style, rather than the latest Instagram must-have item!
