I’m a junior buyer based in London. I studied fashion textiles at Bristol, where I specialised in print design. During my degree I was accepted to study textiles in India for an academic year. This was a crucial and exciting part of my learning. During this time I managed to gain invaluable experience about garment printing, dying and making.
I also have experience working in television. Over the past few years I have worked for the Welsh language TV broadcaster ‘S4C’ as a stylist and presenter. I’m currently in the middle of filming a brand new make-over programme, which will be aired later this year. However, I’m eager to learn more about colour and how it can transform a person’s life.
This course will be incredibly useful for many reasons, from buying to styling. I’m excited to learn, widen my skills and take the next step in understanding colour!
