After having a break in my career in HR to have my two children, I decided that I wanted to have a career that I was passionate about, and that was not Human Resources! I have always loved fashion, however with two small children, I felt that I had lost my sense of style and ended up with a wardrobe full of long, dark tunics, skinny jeans and UGG boots. After the youngest started full-time schooling, I had a newfound sense of independence and re-discovered the old “me”. I started to play with colour and found that it opened up my wardrobe and that gave me a confidence that I had missed.
I am a trained make-up artist, and I have recently graduated as a personal stylist. My main aim from this course is to bring other people a feeling of confidence, empowerment, a sense of freedom and to bring out their personality using colour and fashion.
